Memorial Day Weekend in St. Louis & Kansas City
Over Memorial Day weekend, Matt Haskin came to visit me in Kansas City. We drove to St. Louis, went to a ball game and did some sight-seeing before driving back to KC and doing the same here. Making Zacusca

Zacusca is a vegetable spread containing peppers, carrots, eggplant, and a few other ingredients. Romanians make lots of it every autumn.
