The Colors of Sighișoara
During the Communist era in Romania, many historic buildings fell into disrepair. At the same time, gray cement apartment buildings were being built in towns and cities. By the time of the Romanian Revolution of December 1989 which brought an end to communism in Romania, the gray buildings all around Romania reflected the depressing atmosphere of life in Romania.
